Turning M&Ms into Live Savers
This is a talk about how people can live a more positive, productive and fulfilling life by reducing stress levels, using simple techniques that Claudine discusses.
The basic thrust is to get listeners to take the time to treat themselves in a caring way with the help of seven behavior categories, all beginning with the letter "M". Things such as
movement, moisture, music and mirth all come into play in a presentation filled with humor and information which motivates through the use of memorable anecdotes plus easy to do methods that help
reduce the stress of everyday life.

Scope of Services |
- Claudine travels extensively, and is available throughout the year, schedule permitting. Claudine is willing to stay overnight if travel schedules dictate, at no additional fee.
- Claudine has brochures, bios, resumes, presentation descriptions and publicity photographs available for meeting planners, and has appeared for print and publicity interviews in
conjunction with her visit at no additional fee.
- While event planning agencies have booked Claudine for individual events in the past, she has no ongoing relationship at the present with any agency. She has appeared independently for a
large number of professional associations, ranging from dentists to social workers, healthcare philanthropists, insurance executives, bankers, military officers, service clubs, educators
and volunteers.

- Half Day (3 hours): $2,750

- Panelist on a Program: $500 + (based on length)
- Keynote Presentation (up to 1 hour): $1,250
